About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Growth to take on a pivotal leadership role in scaling its direct-to-consumer performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and growing the DTC P&L, with a focus on driving profitable revenue growth across all aspects of the channel, including acquisition, conversion, merchandising, and retention. This role demands a commercially minded operator with a strong blend of strategy and execution, who is adept at creating and optimizing systems to achieve measurable revenue results. The Head of Growth will be expected to lead the paid media strategy, build and optimize email and SMS marketing, and work cross-functionally to ensure the success of the DTC channel.
Applicants for the Head of Growth position at the company should have 5 to 7+ years' of experience in DTC growth within consumer brands, with a proven track record of scaling performance, particularly on the Shopify platform. The role requires a leader who is highly analytical, metrics-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, build-stage environment. Experience in establishing clear attribution models, performance measurement frameworks, and operating within structured growth frameworks is essential.
