Director of Case Management
to lead utilization review and care coordination functions within a healthcare setting. This is a great opportunity for an experienced RN leader looking to drive patient outcomes and operational excellence.

Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Case Management & Utilization Review team Oversee care coordination, discharge planning, and patient flow Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards Collaborate with clinical teams to improve outcomes Drive performance, reporting, and process improvements
Requirements: Active
RN license (NM or Compact) 3+ years
in Case Management / Utilization Review 2+ years
leadership experience in healthcare
Preferred: CCM or ACM certification Experience with
InterQual
or similar tools
