About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to spearhead the strategic and hands-on approach to attracting, engaging, and converting both new and returning audiences across its event portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth through a variety of channels, with a particular focus on email marketing, and will be expected to build and maintain long-term marketing narratives that resonate with the target audience. This role demands a creative and authentic approach, with an emphasis on developing campaigns that reflect a distinct brand voice and guide audiences through a high-consideration buying cycle. The Head of Growth Marketing will also be involved in managing partner relationships, and is expected to be relationship-driven, comfortable working with agencies and partners, and excited to eventually build and lead a small team.
Applicants for the Head of Growth Marketing position at the company should have 5-8+ years' of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or a related role, with a proven track record in email marketing, campaign development, and creative asset management. The role requires a candidate with strong creative instincts, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to work with a high degree of ownership in a fast-paced environment. While event industry experience is not mandatory, intellectual curiosity about consumer behavior and decision-making is essential.
