About the Role
The Company is seeking an Interim Head of Digital to take on a pivotal role in leading the digital development of a new large-scale international program and live format. The successful candidate will be responsible for both the strategic and operational aspects of digital, including the formulation of digital strategy, platform development, and the management of voting infrastructure for major live events. A key focus of the role is on fan engagement, gamification, and digital monetization, as well as establishing partnerships with leading streaming and platform technologies. The Head of Digital will also have product ownership for various digital experiences, such as apps, web, and voting platforms.
This is a central position with a strong mandate, offering the opportunity to build digital initiatives from the ground up and to work closely with production, tech, commercial teams, and international partners. The ideal candidate for this interim role should have a proven track record in digital leadership, with experience in project management and requirement definition for large-scale digital programs. A deep understanding of digital strategy, fan engagement, and monetization, as well as a strong network in the digital and entertainment industry, is essential. The role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and is adept at managing the digital aspects of live productions.
