About the Role

The Company is in search of an Academy Executive Director to lead its Development Academy, which serves as a vital pathway for over 3,500 players from youth soccer to professional opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Academy's technical, operational, and business performance, with a focus on executive leadership, technical vision, player pathway, coaching development, growth, and market leadership. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in elite youth soccer or comparable high-performance environments, including experience in managing multi-team programs, overseeing tournaments, and a strong background in elite soccer platforms. The Executive Director will be tasked with unifying the Academy's identity, elevating standards, and building a development platform that connects youth players to collegiate and professional pathways.

Applicants for the Academy Executive Director position at the company should have at least 8 years' of progressive leadership experience in a similar setting, with a preference for those holding a USSF A License or equivalent. The role demands a strategic and decisive leader with strong business acumen, capable of driving the Academy's growth and market leadership. Key responsibilities include defining and implementing a clear playing methodology, leading a structured college recruitment program, and strengthening the Academy-to-professional pathway. The ideal candidate will also be adept at coaching leadership and development, with a focus on recruiting and retaining high-level coaching talent.
