Key priorities for the MDS include building a culture of purpose and impact, collaborating with leadership to set and achieve goals, and leading the development of school teams to ensure high levels of collaboration, alignment, and support.
Candidates for the MDS position at the company should have at least 5 years' of high-performing K-12 school leadership experience, with a proven track record of developing and managing teams to achieve ambitious student outcomes. The role requires a deep belief in the value of a world-class education for every child, strategic leadership skills, and a commitment to the organization's design principles and values. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for those holding an advanced degree in education or a related field, and experience in a similar education model.
