The Company is in search of a Managing Director for Turnaround and Restructuring. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and growing engagements that assist companies in distress, transition, and accelerated change. This role demands a professional with a deep track record in senior-level restructuring, strong execution capabilities, and the ability to independently manage complex client situations. Key responsibilities include full-cycle engagement leadership, strategic advisory, and business development. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, serve as an interim executive when necessary, and develop and implement strategic turnaround plans. Experience in interim C-suite roles, a portable business, and a proven ability to originate new engagements are highly valued.

Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should possess a minimum of 10-20 years' of senior-level experience in turnaround and restructuring, distressed investing, corporate recovery, or related advisory roles. The role requires a candidate with a strong financial and operational acumen, including expertise in restructuring analytics and short-term cash flow forecasting.
