The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and growing engagements that assist companies in distress, transition, and accelerated change. This role demands a professional with a deep track record in senior-level restructuring, strong execution capabilities, and the ability to independently manage complex client situations. Key responsibilities include full-cycle engagement leadership, strategic advisory, and business development. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, serve as an interim executive when necessary, and develop and implement strategic turnaround plans. Experience in interim C-suite roles, a portable business, and a proven ability to originate new engagements are highly valued.
