About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President to spearhead the underwriting, structuring, and execution of secured financing facilities for digital infrastructure platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the day-to-day structuring and underwriting of asset-backed facilities, building tailored models and collateral analytics, preparing internal credit memoranda, and directing diligence efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of digital infrastructure business models, including data center economics, fiber networks, and tower lease structures, as well as the ability to manage closing processes and monitor facility performance. The VP will also be expected to maintain strong client communication, mentor junior team members, and ensure covenant compliance and service provider concentration risk are within acceptable limits.
