Head of Asset Management About the Company Syndicator for Low Income Housing Tax Credits. Industry Accounting Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Head of Asset Management to lead a tenured team responsible for a substantial portfolio of Low Income Housing Tax Credit assets. The successful candidate will be tasked with directing and overseeing a diverse team that includes team leads, stabilized asset managers, construction risk asset managers, financial analysts, a senior tax director, a compliance team, and an administrative assistant. The primary responsibilities of the Head of Asset Management will be to ensure the team's performance in quarterly financial reviews, variance analysis, monitoring construction, lease-up, DSC, and occupancy, as well as conducting annual site inspections. The role also involves analyzing market conditions, management company capabilities, and ensuring compliance with state and federal programs. The Head of Asset Management will be expected to have a strong background in affordable housing and a deep understanding of the industry, particularly in the context of the mission of the company.

The ideal candidate for the Head of Asset Management position at the company will have a proven track record in a similar role, with a focus on Low Income Housing Tax Credits. They should be adept at evaluating loan modifications, refinancing, and managing relationships with developer-general partners.
