The US Marketing Lead will report to the Head of Product Marketing, Urology and
will
be
responsible for
develo
pment and execution
of our
U.S.
C
ommercial
M
arketing strategy
in
for the
Monarch Urology Platform. The Monarch Urology Platform will create a new category of care as the first robotic-assisted urology platform designed for endoluminal and percutaneous access to the urinary tract to perform various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
This critical leadership role
will ensure marketing
initiatives directly support the go-to-market strategy, launch
objectives
, sales growth, and customer adoption.
Success
requires
strong cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision
making, and close collaboration with field
-based and internal teams
to strengthen the Monarch Urology value proposition and accelerate growth. This role requires a forward-thinking, strategic leader who challenges the status quo in the dynamic and disruptive field of medical robotics.
Key responsibilities include: Develop and execute integrated downstream marketing plans that align to US business
objectives
, revenue targets, and brand strategy
.
Own the tactical marketing calendar and drive
timely
delivery of initiatives across key moments (
product and program
launches, congresses, campaigns
,
etc
)
.
Translate customer insights into clear positioning, messaging frameworks, and proof-point narratives that resonate with target
customer
segments
.
Partner with Sales Leadership and
Education
team
to build practical selling tools that improve conversion and sales effectiveness
.
Support training content and field communications (e.g., playbooks, talk tracks, competitive positioning, account targeting)
.
Gather feedback
from field-based teams
and incorporate learnings into iterative improvements of materials and tactics
.
Apply customer research, segmentation, and analytics to
optimize
targeting, channel mix, and resource allocation
.
Monitor market dynamics (competitive activity, customer needs, barriers to adoption) and recommend tactical adjustments.
Own performance tracking for downstream initiatives using KPIs and dashboards; communicate results and insights regularly
to Sr. Leadership Team
.
Partner with Medical/Clinical, Regulatory, Legal, and Quality to ensure promotional claims are
accurate
, compliant, and appropriately substantiated
.
Manage downstream marketing budget, forecast, and spend;
optimize
ROI across tactics and programs.
Lead agency/vendor relationships (creative, digital, media, PR, events) and ensure on-time, on-budget executio
n.
Qualifications: BS degree
in relevant field
required
, MBA or advanced degree preferred
A minimum of 8 years of relevant
MedTech
business experience (Sales and Marketing)
with 3
-5
years of progressive marketing
experience
Demonstrated a
bility navigat
ing
complex
ity and ambiguity
while
achiev
ing
business impact across the organization
Demonstrated success driving commercialization efforts that resulted in measurable revenue growth and
customer
adoption
Experience
driving

base pay range for this role is $142,000 to $244,950
