We are looking for a Portfolio Soutions Specialist to join our Team.
This will be a hybrid role based in Alpharetta, Georgia or O'Fallon, Missouri.
Your Team Allianz Commercial (AzC) specializes in commercial insurance for the most complex and challenging risk exposures in more than 200 countries and territories. With a focus on larger international risk portfolios, we offer tailor-made 'All Risks' property damage and business interruption insurance through our network.
Allianz Commercial is the center of expertise and global line of Allianz Group for insuring mid-sized businesses, large enterprises and specialist risks. The Impact You Will Have As a Portfolio Solutions Specialist at Allianz, you will play a critical role in supporting the operation and oversight of our delegated authority portfolio, specifically focusing on index business. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring the smooth onboarding of new indexes, maintaining high standards of data management, and fostering strong client relationships. By leveraging your expertise, you will help drive performance management, enhance processes, and collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Some of your specific responsibilities could include:
Supporting Index Deals:
Coordinate oversight of index business, including due diligence, underwriter reviews, and audits. Prepare performance reports, analyze trends, and present findings through executive-level dashboards. Manage bordereaux data for risk, premium, and claims transactions, and oversee the implementation of the bordereaux and facility reporting system, Distribind. Onboarding of Index:
Assist in onboarding new indexes by analyzing complex datasets provided by MGAs, ensuring due diligence and proper business checks. Client Orientation:
Manage key account partnerships, including full lifecycle oversight, and act as the primary contact or support for accounts. Develop streamlined procedures to handle portfolio growth efficiently. Collaboration:
Work closely with global and regional colleagues to identify opportunities, improve processes, and meet regulatory requirements. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across Claims, Compliance, Finance, Actuarial, and Operations. Educate and support underwriters in technical and facility management processes.
What You'll Bring to the Role Strong analytical and data management skills, with experience in handling complex datasets and deriving actionable insights. Proven ability to manage client relationships and key account partnerships effectively. Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work across global and regional teams and engage with diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with delegated authority processes, bordereaux reporting, and tools like Distribind is a plus. A proactive mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs while maintaining high standards of performance.
The annualized base pay range for this role is $ 80,273 to $ 121,327, as well as a target bonus 10%. The annual base salary range represents a nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position may be above and will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the AzC total compensation package.
