At GEN3, we’re a fast-growing, family-owned Electric & HVAC company, and we’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person. Provide accurate information about our services and address questions and concerns. Assist customers with scheduling, billing questions, and order or service updates. Maintain customer records and notes in our CRM system. Work with office staff and technicians to resolve issues and keep customers informed. Identify customer needs and guide them toward the right products or services. Handle concerns with professionalism, empathy, and timely follow-through. Stay up-to-date on company policies and service offerings. Participate in ongoing training and development. Qualifications: Customer service experience (home service industry is a plus). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
