Customer Service Representative

Apex Building Products in Campbelltown is seeking a motivated person to join our internal sales & customer service team!

Responsibilities

Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information about products, pricing and availability

Assisting customers with product selection, recommendations, and technical inquiries

Processing complex customer orders accurately and efficiently in SAP

Collaborating with the sales team to support sales initiatives, provide quotes and prepare sales orders

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers

Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications in our CRM

Skills & Experience

2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or related roles

Great attention to detail and ability to enter complex customer orders accurately into our systems

Previous experience with sales of metal roofing, sheet metal or related products preferred, but not essential

Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and resolving customer issues effectively

Self‑driven worker that also works well as part of a team

Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills

Strong computer skills, knowledge of SAP (isaplus)
