We are seeking a motivated Summer Marketing Intern to support our marketing team with research, analysis, and content‑related initiatives. This role offers hands‑on experience in digital marketing and market awareness, providing exposure to how marketing teams assess industry activity and identify trends that inform strategic decisions.
This internship is well suited for students interested in marketing, communications, business, or analytics who want practical experience.
Responsibilities
Conduct market and industry research to support marketing initiatives
Review publicly available digital content and identify high‑level trends
Assist with organizing and summarizing findings for internal use
Support the development of internal reports and presentations
Help maintain research trackers and reference materials
Provide general support to ongoing marketing projects as needed

Demonstrate behavior consistent with the Company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Interest in digital marketing and market research
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly in writing
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, or similar)
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

The pay range above represents annual base salary only. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as your job level, geographic location, date of hire, experience, job‑related knowledge and skills, and education in conjunction with market and business considerations.
Base salary is one component of your total rewards package. You may be eligible for long‑term incentives, potential discretionary bonuses, and the ability to purchase company stock at a discounted rate through the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP). OSI also offers comprehensive benefits including various options for health plans, access to 401(k) retirement plan, health savings account, disability insurance, life insurance, AD&D insurance, leave of absence programs and an array of voluntary benefits. In addition, paid time off is offered to be used for vacation, holidays, bereavement, and jury duty. Full‑time salaried employees are entitled to flexible time‑off.
