This position provides essential clerical and administrative support while serving as a welcoming first point of contact for customers and staff. Responsibilities include providing front desk customer service, managing general phone inquiries, receiving and processing claims, and scanning and indexing documents to maintain accurate records. The role also assists with the Legal Class Verification process and supports the Meeting Management Team in setting up, assisting

with running meeting presentations, and training to take official meeting minutes for

board meetings. Assist applicants, prepare agenda items, and address constituent concerns* Perform duties of Special Limited Duty Deputy Clerk* Perform other duties and special projects as assigned* Consideration will only be given to candidates who submit online applications* Candidates will be contacted primarily through email and their Workday online application profile* Must pass a pre-employment background and/or fingerprint investigation as required by statute or policy, including drug and alcohol testing requirements for positions designated as safety-sensitivein 2024.
