Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership and scrum teams to support and improve the development of quality practices as they relate to the organizational goals within the product area.
Own overall QA practices for the product team and ensure processes and best practices are documented and followed.
Assess risk, value, efficiency, and quality of development and report back to leadership and stakeholders.
Create, organize, and implement test strategies for applications or large projects, including integration, migration, regression, smoke testing, and documented sign‑off.
Conduct troubleshooting and detailed risk assessments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology, or 3‑5 years of equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in Salesforce Platform and hands‑on experience testing Salesforce applications.
Deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities and architecture (objects, fields, record types, workflows).
Experience with automated testing tools specific to Salesforce.
Basic understanding of SOQL and SOSL.
Ability to develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
Expertise in creating detailed test cases and test scripts aligned with business requirements.
Experience with defect tracking and reporting using tools such as JIRA.
Comprehensive understanding of QA methodologies and best practices in a Salesforce environment.
Knowledge of performance testing tools and techniques for Salesforce applications.
