Support the supervision of daily construction activities to help ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors to maintain high-quality workmanship and strict adherence to safety protocols. Enforce job-site safety procedures to promote a secure working environment. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to prevent delays. Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and team members to provide updates and address concerns. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple site tasks efficiently. Experience supporting or coordinating construction projects, including schedule and subcontractor management. Solid understanding of multifamily construction methods, codes, and quality standards. Proficient with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools. Clear communicator with strong problem-solving abilities for resolving on-site issues. What's on Offer
