Senior Account Executives lead the day-to-day administration and execution of multi-channel campaigns and initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery, on-time launches, and a consistent client experience. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams (Client Relationship, Strategy, Creative, Data/Analytics, Development, and Finance) as well as third-party vendors to plan, coordinate, and deliver work across channels. Success in this role requires strong project management discipline, proactive problem solving, excellent communication, and the ability to operate independently while escalating risks early. Responsibilities

Responsibilities Own day-to-day execution across campaign channels (e.g., email, direct mail, digital, SMS), maintaining project plans, timelines, and status reporting. Initiate work through clear intake, requirements gathering, and kickoff meetings; align internal teams and vendors on scope, deliverables, and deadlines. Develop and maintain project briefs with input from Client Relationship Managers; manage changes, approvals, and version control to keep work aligned and audit ready. Coordinate cross-functional production workflows (creative, data, QA, development, deployment), ensuring dependencies are identified and met. Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders and client-facing partners on progress, risks, and decisions; document next steps and action items. Support financial accuracy by tracking estimates vs. actuals, coordinating monthly reconciliations, and partnering with Finance/Accounting on invoicing inputs as needed. Ensure operational excellence through quality checks (links, offers, targeting rules, compliance, and proofing) and post-launch monitoring. Support post-program evaluations by organizing results, learnings, and follow-up actions; respond to client requests within agreed response times and timelines. Identify recurring process gaps and propose improvements that reduce rework and strengthen execution consistency. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security, privacy, and professional conduct policies in all interactions and documentation. Qualifications

Required: 2-4 years of relevant experience in a marketing agency or client services environment. Demonstrated campaign and/or project management experience supporting multi-channel marketing programs. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize, re-prioritize, and manage multiple workstreams without losing details. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize decisions and keep stakeholders aligned. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Experience working with project trackers and documentation (e.g., briefs, timelines, requirements, approvals, and status reporting). Working knowledge of PDF editing/markup tools (Adobe Acrobat preferred). Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree Experience supporting an automotive client within a marketing agency environment. Experience with automotive parts and accessories, eCommerce, or lifecycle/CRM marketing programs. Comfort partnering with Analytics/Data teams and translating data inputs into clear campaign requirements. Additional Information

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
