to serve as the primary client partner and lead the development and execution of impactful marketing programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES What You’ll Do
Act as the
main point of contact
for clients, building trusted relationships at the management level
Lead and oversee
strategic planning, creative development, and tactical execution
of
experiential marketing
campaigns
Drive
experiential marketing initiatives
that deliver results for clients, retailers, and the agency
Manage and mentor
Account Executives
ensuring high-quality work and professional growth
Collaborate with internal teams to bring ideas to life—from brainstorm to execution
Oversee
budgets, timelines, and financial performance
, supporting overall account profitability
Present creative concepts and strategic recommendations to clients with confidence
QUALIFICATIONS What You Bring
6–8+ years of marketing agency experience
, with a proven ability to grow revenue
Experience in
experiential and/or event marketing
(a strong plus)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects while keeping clients and teams aligned
Bachelor’s degree in
marketing, advertising, or a related field
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Additional Details
Up to
25% travel
may be required
