Century Cabinetry, PA is a leading regional cabinet manufacturer and distributor located in Eastern PA. Century services primarily the new construction and distributor market. Established in 1976, our dedication to producing quality cabinetry has created an opportunity for a Cabinet Sales Representative/Territory Manager (preferable location in Lehigh Valley PA/Northern NJ/Central NJ area).

Qualifications

Proven track record with 5 or more years of business development and account management experience in the Cabinet Industry

Ability to utilize 2020 cabinetry design software preferred

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook

Discipline of a self-starter

Good Oral and Written communication skills

Results oriented

Excellent organizational skills

Understanding of territory including competition and identifying potential new accounts

Undergraduate degree in Business or related field

Position does not have supervisory responsibilities

Reports to: Vice President Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities

Solicits sales of cabinetry to achieve budget and new business growth targets

Implement strategies for territory to increase revenue and profitability

Develop business relationships to promote Distributor and Builder sales

Regular client visits with emphasis on training personnel on Century

Establish new accounts

Manage territory accounts including distributor showroom visits and builder field visits

Maintain integrity and quality business relationships

Follow Century policies and procedures in performance of job

Provide competitive information
