Head of Treasury Management Sales

* **Lead and Develop Teams** – Lead and develop a high-performing treasury management sales organization focused on delivering deposit growth and treasury revenue through new business development and client expansion.* **Drive Sales Strategy** – Establish clear sales goals, production expectations, and accountability frameworks aligned to overall bank and business objectives.* **Foster Client Relationships** – Build a client-focused sales culture emphasizing professionalism, collaboration, and ethical conduct, while ensuring client needs are proactively assessed and met.* **Collaborate Across Teams** – Work closely with Commercial Banking, Product Management, Technology, and Operations to ensure treasury management capabilities support client needs and the bank’s broader strategy.* **Innovate and Optimize** – Identify market trends, competitive threats, and product opportunities to drive innovation and differentiation, and optimize client coverage and resource alignment.* **Champion Continuous Improvement** – Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, optimize onboarding and servicing, and provide feedback to key partners.* **Ensure Compliance and Risk Management** – Ensure all internal and client dealings align with CIBC policies, risk management, and regulatory requirements.* **You have a Bachelor’s degree** in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).* **You can demonstrate a minimum of** 10 years of progressive experience in treasury management, commercial banking, or a related financial services environment. Deep understanding of treasury management products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.* **It's an asset if you're a certified professional** in treasury management (e.g., Certified Treasury Professional - CTP).* **People Leadership** – You are a caring and accountable leader. You have experience developing and implementing strategic team goals, and you inspire successful team performance.
