Primary Responsibilities
Coordinates and completes assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long-range objectives of the company.
Oversees the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, plans for the services to be provided to patients and supervises their total home health care.
Implements and maintains administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies which assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
Enhances the profitability of the agency; provides motivation and retention of a qualified staff and ensures the quality of services delivered.
Acts as a liaison with management staff and other departments throughout the company.
Required Qualifications
Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure with at least 1 year supervisory or administrative experience in a home healthcare or a related field.
Current CPR certification.
Current driver's license and vehicle insurance; access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
Home care experience.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Able to work independently.
Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.
Pay & Benefits Pay is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. The salary range for this role is $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (subject to eligibility requirements).
