As we continue to scale across DTC, retail, and global markets, we’re looking for a Creative Director to lead and evolve our visual world across every touchpoint.

The Role We’re seeking a visionary yet hands-on Creative Director to define and drive the brand’s creative expression across digital, social, campaign, and retail. This role will lead concept development, art direction, and execution for all brand storytelling, with a strong focus on

social-first content, video, and performance-driven creative .

You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Growth, Product, and E-commerce teams to ensure all creative is not only elevated, but effective—balancing brand building with conversion.

What You’ll Do

Own and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all channels

Define creative direction for campaigns, launches, and brand storytelling

Ensure consistency and excellence across digital, social, retail, and packaging

Campaign & Content Direction

Lead concepting and execution of photo and video shoots, from pre-production through post

Develop social-first, video-led creative across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)

Drive innovative storytelling that blends brand and performance marketing

Digital & Performance Creative

Oversee creative for paid media, eCommerce, email, and lifecycle marketing

Partner with Growth to iterate on high-performing creative and optimize for KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CVR)

Translate data and insights into creative direction and testing strategiesLead and mentor a team of designers, art directors, and content creators

Manage external partners including photographers, videographers, and agencies

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Brand Marketing, Social, and Merchandising

Creative Operations

Build scalable systems and workflows to increase creative output and efficiency

Oversee timelines, budgets, and production planning

Stay ahead of cultural, beauty, and digital trends to keep the brand relevant and differentiated

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of experience in creative roles, with 2–3+ years in a leadership position

Strong background in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands

Proven experience leading photo/video shoots and social-first content creation

Deep understanding of digital, social platforms, and performance marketing creative

A strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, art direction, and multi-channel execution

Experience managing and mentoring creative teams

Nice to Have

Experience in DTC/eCommerce brands

Familiarity with emerging tools (AI creative, rapid content production workflows)

Experience scaling creative for paid social and influencer/UGC content
