Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Loan Officer located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Senior Loan Officer will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, assess borrower needs, and guide them through the loan application and approval process. Responsibilities also include evaluating creditworthiness, preparing loan applications, collaborating with underwriters, and staying updated on financial regulations. The role requires excellent communication and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Mortgage Origination, Loan Structuring, and Financial Analysis.
Strong Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills.
Proficiency in using Loan Processing Software, CRM tools, and Financial Forecasting platforms.
Understanding of Compliance and Lending Regulations within the mortgage industry.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (preferred).
Active NMLS license and track record of meeting or exceeding loan production goals.
