Gemini Enterprise Consultant
As a Gemini Enterprise Consultant, you will be the catalyst for our organization’s most exciting growth segment. You are the bridge between a customer’s vision and a technical reality. In this role, you will guide organizations through the "Discovery Journey"—helping them explore the art of the possible with the Gemini Enterprise platform, defining high-impact use cases, and laying the groundwork for successful Pilot programs that prove ROI.
Your goal is simple but vital: help customers move from "What is this?" to "We can’t live without this."
Outcomes & Success Metrics
Velocity: Reduce the turnaround time from initial sales contact to signed Scope of Work (SOW) by 20%.
Growth: Drive a 20% quarter-over-quarter increase in the total number of active Pilot implementations.
Conversion: Increase post-pilot licensing subscription revenue by 10% through high-quality "Phase 0" setups.
Capacity: Effectively manage a parallel pipeline of early-stage discovery engagements.
Core Responsibilities
Lead Discovery: Facilitate Sales Intake calls to understand client needs and business hurdles.
Ideation & Mapping: Brainstorm creative use cases with clients and map them to specific Gemini Enterprise solution profiles.
SOW Architecture: Populate and refine templatized Scope of Work documents based on gathered discovery data.
Implementation (Phase 0/1): Perform fundamental "out-of-the-box" and "point-and-click" setup tasks to get a pilot running quickly.
Technical Liaison: Collaborate with Senior Engineering resources to hand off complex integration requirements while maintaining the client relationship.
Requirements (Qualifications)
The Communicator: You possess elite verbal and written communication skills. You can explain complex concepts simply and build immediate rapport with stakeholders.
The Strategist: You have a business-first mindset. You hold a degree in Business (or a related field) OR have 1–2 years of experience in business/management consulting.
The Problem Solver: You can look at a business process and identify exactly where AI or automation could add value.
The Tech-Adjacent (Bonus): You don’t need to be a coder, but experience with the Google Workspace/GCP ecosystem or cloud-based SaaS solutions is a significant plus.
Principal Cloud & DevOps Engineer We are seeking a Principal Cloud & DevOps Engineer to serve as the primary technical authority across cloud architecture, migrations, and platform engineering. This role reports directly to the Head of Cloud and is designed to assume day-to-day technical leadership currently handled by that role.
This is a highly technical, hands‑on leadership position. You will act as the senior technical escalation point across engineering, delivery, and pre‑sales while defining the architectures, standards, and execution patterns that allow the organization to operate at scale across hundreds of customer environments.

Define reference architectures, standards, and best practices used by delivery teams
Design and maintain automation, infrastructure‑as‑code, and CI/CD foundations
Partner with sales and delivery teams to assess risk, validate designs, and unblock execution
Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, raising the overall technical bar
Influence and guide multiple tech leads who manage individual contributors
Reduce day‑to‑day technical escalations to the Head of Cloud while maintaining visibility into systemic risks and opportunities
Required Experience
12+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Software Engineering, or Architecture roles
Prior experience operating at a Staff, Principal, Architect, or equivalent senior technical level

Proven experience leading or designing complex cloud migrations
Strong background in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
Solid understanding of Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, and cloud networking
Ability to read, debug, and contribute to production software systems
Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction across teams
Nice to Have
