Job Type: Full-time; On-site
Responsibilities
Manage full lifecycle (cradle-to-grave) brokerage operations, including sales, carrier procurement, freight tracking, and customer service.
Leverage your existing customer relationships to generate and grow revenue.
Source and develop new carrier relationships to ensure cost-effective, on-time deliveries.
Maintain real-time communication with shippers and carriers to ensure top-tier service.
Use internal TMS and CRM tools to manage loads, documentation, and communication.
Collaborate with the team to identify market trends and help shape strategic direction.
Uphold the company's reputation by delivering reliable, ethical, and proactive service.
Experience
2+ years of experience in freight brokerage (3PL preferred).
Proven book of business with existing shipper relationships.
Strong understanding of logistics operations, including FTL, LTL, and spot market dynamics.
Driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing accounts and closing deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
