
Atlas Free – Program Director

Atlas Free is investing in the next chapter of its global program work. We resource and strengthen a Network of vetted frontline organizations combating sex trafficking and exploitation in complex environments around the world. As our Network grows, so must the clarity, cohesion, and operational strength behind it. This is a senior leadership role accountable for the overall effectiveness, cohesion, and scalability of Atlas Free’s global program portfolio. You will oversee a $4M+ departmental budget, lead and develop the Program Team, and ensure that strategy translates into measurable, durable impact across the Network. You will step into a growing team at an important inflection point. This role calls for a leader who can assess strengths, develop talent, and thoughtfully add new capacity as the organization scales. Success will require setting clear priorities, making sound judgment calls in complex environments, and ensuring efficient follow-through across the department. It is well-suited for someone who has strengthened program functions before and is motivated by building systems and teams that endure.
Requirements

You excel at creating and implementing systems that measure impact, manage risk, and ensure accountability, using data-driven insights to strengthen programs and drive meaningful outcomes.
Strategic Leader with Program Oversight:
You have a strong track record of managing operations and developing frameworks to assess effectiveness, risk, and compliance. You leverage data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making and enhance program impact.
Stakeholder Engager:
You are proficient in developing and sustaining authentic relationships that foster collaboration to amplify impact, engagement, and support.
Innovation & Thought Leadership:
You have extensive experience and a deep understanding of combating sex trafficking, or related human rights issues. Your expertise drives impactful solutions that dismantle exploitation and create lasting pathways to freedom and restoration.
