The Senior Account Manager, Commerce leads day-to-day client relationships and execution across Amazon, Walmart and other online retailers. This role combines account ownership with strong knowledge of marketplace operations, retail media and e-commerce strategy. The Senior Account Manager, Commerce works closely with Media, Ops, Creative and Analytics teams to deliver campaigns, catalog updates and content improvements on time and aligned with client goals. They ensure clear communication, proactive planning and measurable business results.
What You'll Do Here:
Build and present decks for recaps, proposals and quarterly reviews
Track performance and share clear insights and next steps
Partner with team leads to plan and execute strategies for each brand
Bring new ideas that can grow revenue and client trust
Coordinate briefs, timelines and tasks across teams
Support promotions, campaigns and product launches
Stay informed on retail media tools and category trends
Keep Asana and reporting tools up to date
Support and guide junior team members
We Need a Person With:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
3–5 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce or retail media
Experience leading marketplace or retail media accounts
Skills in building scopes, estimates and timelines
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and retail media platforms
An analytical lens and confidence presenting ideas and findings
Strong organization and steadiness under deadlines
Skills in Excel, Google Sheets and Asana
A strong team-focus and is commercially minded
Compensation:
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 (Pay range is based on a market reference point and potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, experience and geographic location of the individual candidate. The compensation range reflects base rate only.)
Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Additionally, for eligible full-time employees, we offer a competitive benefits package including medical insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance; a flexible spending account; voluntary life and accident plans; and a 401(k) retirement plan with matching. We have six office locations in the US: San Diego, California, Los Angeles, California, Covington, Kentucky, Denver, Colorado, Nashville, Tennessee and Charleston, South Carolina. We're seeking local candidates (or those open to relocation) who are able to work collaboratively with us in one of our office's; however, based on business needs and unique job functions, some roles may be eligible for remote work. (Bonus points if you’re bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese.)
