Why We're Hiring As we further develop first-in-class AI solutions, the demand from emerging franchise brands is exploding. We are building an elite Denver-based sales team to own this high-velocity segment. This isn't a maintenance role; we need an architect who will develop our people today and earn a seat at the table as we scale the future of this company.



What You'll Do

You will lead, coach, and scale a team of 8-10 Account Executives focused on the Emerging and SMB franchise markets.

Master the AI Narrative: Coach your team to move master forward thinking AI solutions.

Lead the Operating Rhythm: Own the daily stand-ups and high-velocity activity standards to ensure a consistent top-of-funnel engine.

Scale the Playbook: Optimize a high-volume sales motion

Recruit and Ramp: Identify high-aptitude talent and lead a 30-day onboarding process to turn them into AI-literate closers.

Pipeline Hygiene: Audit team activity in HubSpot to provide accurate weekly forecasts based on real-time conversion data.



What We're Looking For

Two or more years of B2B SaaS leadership experience in high-velocity environments

A deep understanding of how to sell automation and AI value propositions

Proven track record of managing a team to 100%+ of quota attainment

Mastery of sales coaching frameworks and a relentless focus on call quality

Expert-level discipline in CRM hygiene (Hubspot or Salesforce)
