JR109231You’re more valuable than ever – And that’s just how we’ll make you feel.The Real Estate Portfolio Manager (REPM) oversees a multi‐state real estate portfolio, serving as a key cross‐functional partner to Business Development, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Facilities. This role leads all landlord–tenant relations and manages property‐related issues, including lease extensions and terminations, tenant improvement allowance collections, and insurance claims. The REPM maintains the lease database, ensures organizational compliance with critical deadlines, analyzes portfolio data, and prepares strategic reports. They also collaborate with Accounting to establish and execute processes for auditing operating expenses. Externally, the REPM represents the company and its joint ventures in real estate matters, partnering with health systems, outside counsel, and brokers to review and negotiate ancillary documents.**Qualifications****Education Required:**• Associate’s (AA) degree required Work Experience Required:• 10+ years working in a leadership role with landlord representatives and key company executives in any combination of acquisitions, property management, operations, and facilities management• Prior experience negotiating or reviewing business terms of commercial leases• Comfortable with legal terminology and experienced drafting and reviewing lease related and collateral documents• Track record of success working with large groups of stakeholders on complex projects• Tech-savvy and accustomed to managing complex real estate lease management software systems• Adept at reviewing raw data and generating strategic reports• Familiar with AI tools for use creating basic documentation in the Real Estate leasing space.**Preferred Qualifications, Education, Licenses, Certifications, Experience, etc.:**• Bachelor’s degree • Knowledge of other AI software in addition to Copilot• Experience using Visual Lease, Ironclad, Workday and Tableau**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Proven ability to thrive in fast‐paced, high‐growth environments• Strong time‐management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize, triage, and pivot as business needs change• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail• Creative problem‐solver with strong strategic and critical‐thinking abilities• Proficient in Visual Lease, Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, PowerPoint, SharePoint), Copilot, and Adobe Acrobat/Pro• Experience with real estate lease management software; Workday experience a plus • Demonstrated sound business judgment• Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills**Essential Duties and Responsibilities****Lease Administration & Database Management**• Manage and administer the lease management database, ensuring all lease, property, insurance, and contract records are accurate and up to date• Review and maintain historical database records; verify accuracy of contacts, critical dates, clauses, and automated alerts• Upload contracts and related documents; set and manage renewal and expiration alerts• Analyze Lease Agreements to confirm delivery, lease commencement, and rent commencement dates, and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders • Track and prepare lease renewal documentation• Maintain all lease related correspondence and property files**Landlord & Vendor Relationship Management**• Build and maintain strong day to day relationships with landlords and property management companies• Update and distribute Company contact sheets; obtain updated contact information through estoppels, landlord notices, and periodic market outreach• Manage collection and submission of documentation required to obtain tenant improvement allowances Cross Functional Support & Stakeholder Communication• Respond to lease inquiries from corporate teams including Finance, New Center Operations, Construction, Business Development, and Operations• Prepare notice letters to landlords (e.g., repairs, insurance requirements, contract compliance) and assist in preparing lease summaries, rent commencement certificates, and other documents in collaboration with in‐house counsel• Assist with obtaining W 9s and banking information for landlord ACH rent payments• Understand tenant repair and maintenance obligations and address center specific questions**Insurance Administration**Prepare and submit property related insurance claims;
