Rebate Clerk
ZT Automotive is a fast-growing, customer-focused automotive dealership dedicated to delivering exceptional service and a smooth buying experience. We're looking for a detail-oriented Rebate Clerk to join our administrative team and help ensure all manufacturer incentives and rebates are processed accurately and on time. The Rebate Clerk is responsible for reviewing, submitting, and tracking all manufacturer rebates, incentives, and promotional programs. This role works closely with the sales and finance departments to ensure all required documentation is complete and compliant. Key responsibilities include: Processing, submitting, and tracking manufacturer rebates and incentive claims Verifying accuracy and completeness of all rebate documentation Maintaining organized digital files for audit purposes Working collaboratively with sales and F&I teams to ensure timely submission of required documents Reconciling monthly statements to ensure all rebates have been paid Providing regular reporting to management on claim status and outstanding items Requirements include: Previous dealership, automotive office, or accounting experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficiency with computers, CDK, and Microsoft Office (Excel especially) Ability to work independently and handle multiple deadlines Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solver
