This position is open to both NY and LA candidates who can commute to either office and be available for in‑person collaboration on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Overview Of The Role The Account Director leads teams to conceptualize and execute high‑impact brand experiences that advance client business objectives. They take ultimate responsibility for all client deliverables, institute systems and improve output.

What You Will Do

Set overall vision and strategy for key clients, shaping business direction and growth opportunities.

Act as senior client partner, managing stakeholder expectations and resolving conflicts.

Own account health: scope, profitability, forecasting, resourcing, and performance metrics.

Drive organic growth and new business opportunities.

Translate briefs into strategic goals.

Build cross‑functional relationships across Creative, Design, Production, and Finance.

Drive momentum internally and externally, seeking conversations and agreements.

Establish and enforce best practices and processes.

Manage and grow junior teams; partner with MD on department development.

Contribute to agency culture, talent development, hiring, and training initiatives.

Represent the agency in senior client, industry, and leadership settings.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 9+ years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years of people‑management experience.

Proven ability to lead complex experiential programs end‑to‑end.

Deep client partnership and senior stakeholder advisory skills.

Experience in scope management, forecasting, and sustainable account growth.

Track record of managing account teams while maintaining high standards.

Calm, decisive leadership in high‑pressure situations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Deep understanding of organizational dynamics, change management, and process improvement.

Proficiency in Google Workspace, macOS and tools like Slack, WebEx, and Zoom.

Flexibility for occasional travel and non‑traditional hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Salary Description $130,000 - $175,000 annually (base salary; commensurate with experience).
