We are results oriented, proud of what we build together, and committed to growing together.**Position Summary**Help shape the future of HR service delivery at Ralliant.We are seeking a transformational leader to modernize our global HR Operations function by simplifying processes, improving employee experience, and embedding automation and AI into how HR services are delivered.The Global Director, HR Operations oversees a global team of approximately 25 HR Operations professionals across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. This leader is responsible for improving service delivery, strengthening operational discipline, and creating a more consistent and scalable employee experience.Operating at the center of Ralliant’s evolving HR operating model, this role partners closely with senior HR and business leaders to redesign how HR services are delivered globally. If you are energized by solving complex operational challenges and building high-performing service organizations, this role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful impact across a global workforce.**Responsibilities & Impact*** Lead the transformation of Ralliant’s global HR Operations function into a modern, scalable, and employee-centric service model.* Oversee a global HR Operations organization supporting employees across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring consistent and reliable service delivery.* Improve HR service performance by strengthening case management, reducing resolution times, and simplifying how employees access HR support.* Standardize and document global HR processes to improve operational discipline, transparency, and scalability.* Embed continuous improvement principles, including Lean, Kaizen, and RBS, into day-to-day HR Operations.* Drive adoption of automation and AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual effort, increase self-service, and improve service accuracy and speed.* Partner closely with HR Technology, Payroll, Benefits, and HR Business Partners to deliver a seamless employee support experience.* Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve complex employee processes such as onboarding and HR lifecycle support.* Build and develop a high-performing global HR Operations leadership team capable of leading transformation and operational excellence.* Provide senior leadership with clear operational insights through service metrics, dashboards, and data-driven storytelling.**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.* Significant experience leading HR Operations or HR Shared Services organizations in a global environment.* Proven track record driving operational transformation, process improvement, or service model redesign.* Experience leading distributed teams across multiple regions or global service delivery models.* Strong background in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, or similar frameworks.* Experience implementing HR technology solutions, workflow automation, or AI-enabled service capabilities.* Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and drive change in complex organizations.* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.* Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills.* High energy and problem-solving mindset with a focus on simplifying complexity and improving employee experience.#LI-TA1**Ralliant Corporation Overview**Ralliant, originally part of Fortive, now stands as a bold, independent public company driving innovation at the forefront of precision technology.
