Lead regional strategy deployment (priorities, action plans, timelines, and metrics) in partnership with Operations, Finance, IT/Digital, and Commercial teams—adapting quickly to changing needs while driving high-quality, on-time results.

Oversee DMS deployment and problem-solving practices; ensure enterprise standard metrics cascade to site and process-level measures, coaching leaders to build trust-based relationships and deliver performance excellence.

Identify performance gaps and constraints; mobilize resources to improve throughput, OEE, reliability, and cost.

Facilitate best-practice sharing, network optimization, and end‑to‑end supply chain improvements to reduce total delivered cost.

Support regional capital strategy, strategic reviews, and major events (e.g., integrations/divestitures) impacting the region.

What you need to succeed:

Demonstrated leadership in Lean / Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt strongly preferred).

Strong analytical and financial acumen; ability to translate data into actions and sustained results.

Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels; proven ability to build trust and drive accountability.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, navigate conflict constructively, and lead with authenticity, humility, and respect.

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, technical manufacturing environment; self-starter with strong planning and problem-solving skills.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data mining/visualization tools.

Ability to travel frequently, as required.
