About the Role We’re looking for a strategic and execution‑driven Senior Practitioner Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our practitioner marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, cross‑functional collaboration, and hands‑on execution.
You will own the development and execution of practitioner‑focused marketing initiatives that drive engagement, deepen brand affinity, and accelerate growth within our practitioner channel. Partnering closely with Sales, Education, and Marketing leadership, you’ll bring campaigns and programs to life that reflect our patient‑first philosophy and commitment to practitioner success.
What You’ll Do Strategy & Planning
Partner with Sales and Education leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive practitioner marketing strategy and annual calendar
Own the monthly practitioner marketing calendar, aligning campaigns, promotions, and key initiatives
Campaigns & Execution
Lead the execution of practitioner‑focused marketing campaigns across digital, email, print, and in‑person channels
Serve as a strategic marketing partner to the practitioner sales team, supporting programs that drive engagement and adoption
Develop compelling, compliant practitioner‑facing marketing assets that align with brand standards and business goals
Content & Enablement
Build and maintain a best‑in‑class practitioner marketing content library for sales team access and enablement
Create and support point‑of‑sale materials, campaign assets, and practitioner communications
Ensure all marketing reflects a patient‑first, education‑driven approach
Cross‑Functional Leadership
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Education, and Creative teams to bring integrated campaigns to life
Partner with the Event Planner to support practitioner events, conferences, and trade shows
Align priorities with leadership to support evolving business needs
Performance & Optimization
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future initiatives
Bring an analytical mindset to measure impact and improve results

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Exceptional cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills
A sharp eye for detail with a commitment to brand integrity and regulatory compliance
Strong marketing copywriting and messaging skills
Strategic thinking paired with a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves execution mindset
Experience marketing to healthcare practitioners or professional audiences
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
5+ years of experience in practitioner marketing or a related discipline
Proven experience executing marketing campaigns and programs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Preferred
Experience in dietary supplements, health & wellness, or practitioner‑based industries
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
Experience with Shopify, NetSuite, or similar systems
Health or nutrition‑related certifications or education
Leadership & Scope
Manages the Event Planner
Plays a key role in shaping practitioner marketing strategy and execution
Work Environment & Travel
Hybrid role based in Louisville, CO
Occasional travel for events, conferences, and customer engagement
