The Role As Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of Noovo’s website and digital funnel.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, growth, analytics, marketing, and sales. You must be deeply analytical, comfortable with long and complex buying journeys, and experienced in setting up modern experimentation and analytics infrastructure from the ground up.
Responsibilities Own the Digital Product Strategy and Execution
Define and execute the product roadmap for noovolife.com
Improve the full customer journey: awareness → education → engagement → lead → sales
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to align on revenue goals
Maintain an up-to-date website
Own the Analytics Stack
Own the tech stack and the data infrastructure
Offer recommendations to better serve the company needs
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks
Identify drop-offs, friction points, and opportunities across the journey
Lead Experimentation & A/B Testing
Develop and manage a structured experimentation roadmap
Design and run A/B and multivariate tests
Prioritize experiments based on impact and effort
Translate insights into measurable revenue outcomes
Optimize a Long Sales Cycle Funnel
Improve lead qualification and routing
Work closely with Sales to improve lead-to-close conversion
Optimize nurturing flows for high-consideration buyers
Understand high-ticket consumer purchase behavior
Cross-Functional Leadership
Work with design, engineering, marketing, and sales
Translate business needs into product requirements
Own sprint prioritization for digital initiatives
Bring structured thinking and clarity to ambiguous challenges
Work with production team to always update the site with latest product descriptions
Lead a team
Develop a team of Product Designer, Engineer and Business Analyst.
Requirements Must-Have
6–10+ years of Product Management experience
Strong analytics and data fluency
Hands‑on experience setting up analytics tools and experimentation frameworks
Proven experience running A/B testing programs
Experience managing complex funnels with long sales cycles
Clear understanding of revenue metrics and attribution
Ability to move from insight → hypothesis → experiment → revenue impact
Structured and hypothesis-driven
Comfortable with numbers and ambiguity
Obsessed with understanding user behavior
Revenue‑oriented, not just feature‑oriented
Comfortable in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment
Equally strategic and hands‑on
Strong Plus
Experience with high‑ticket consumer products (can be B2B SaaS experience)
Experience in DTC brands or marketplace models
Familiarity with CRM integrations and marketing automation
Experience optimizing both acquisition and conversion
