These CLM partners currently include Leah, Malbek, Ironclad and Agiloft, but may expand or be modified in the future.
This leader would drive alliance program initiatives with each of the partners supporting Epiq’s CLM advisory and implementation practice.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in developing and executing on strategies around engaging partners both on a field level but also on a corporate level including partner programs, marketing, events and demand generation.
**Essential Job Responsibilities** * In collaboration Epiq sales and marketing teams develop and maintain partner plans that set goals (annual and quarterly) including Bookings, Revenue, Pipeline generation, marketing plans (inclusive of webinars, events, demand generation, thought leadership).* Track opportunities, pipeline, bookings, marketing activities, and development activities to provide measurable KPIs around the success of assigned relationships.
Conduct regular review calls with partners to track progress and identify and mitigate any inhibitors.* Conduct QBRs with all partners to assess progress against quarterly goals and review activities for the current quarter.* Work with Epiq’s marketing team to coordinate the execution of partner events, webinars and other demand generation programs as needed.* Collaborate with Epiq’s sales teams, and specifically Epiq’s Contract Solutions sales team to review sales collaboration efforts between Epiq and the partner’s sales teams and develop programs and initiatives to increase sales collaboration.* Provide first line of support for partner escalations, troubleshoot challenges and act as an escalation point to lead internal teams to a resolution.* Partner with Marketing to develop programs related to partnerships that promote Epiq as a thought and innovation leader within the Contract Solutions space.* Provide northbound management reporting on partner performance and activities for use within Epiq Legal Solutions MORs and QBRs and other reports.**Qualifications** * 5+ years in complex partner business development roles focused on execution and operational roles driving sales activities with partners.* Experience building and maintaining key strategic partner relationships and demonstrated ability to make these relationships successful.* Strong project management and operational experience, with exceptional skills at handling multiple, complex projects.* Experience partnering with modern SaaS based software firms and developing go to market partnering initiatives with them.* Strong collaboration and communication skills with ability to effectively influence internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization.* Strategic and analytical thinker who can translate ideas into action plans.* Experience in the legal industry, specifically contract solutions, a plus.The Compensation range for this role is $160,000.00 to $170,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors:* **Location-based market rate** for the role* **Your abilities** in relation to the job specification* **Performance** during screening and interview* **Pay parity** with the wider team in the considered locationFurther details about the package will be provided during the initial screening call with the Talent Acquisition Team.Click
