This role is ideal for someone who knows how to have a real conversation, qualify the right people, and book meetings that actually show up. You'll be working warm and cold leads, setting appointments for our closing team, and playing a direct role in the growth of our business.

The harder you work, the more you make. The compensation structure is designed specifically for someone who wants to earn well above their base.

What You'll Do

Work warm and cold leads to book qualified appointments for our sales team

Qualify prospects before booking to ensure closers are talking to the right people

Follow up consistently and manage your pipeline to maximize show rates

Track your activity and results and communicate clearly with the team

Continuously improve your approach based on what's working

What We're Looking For

Experience in appointment setting, sales, or a phone-based outreach role

Strong communicator who can qualify quickly and build rapport fast

Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of outreach

Self-starter mentality with the ability to move quickly and execute at the highest level

Driven by performance-based compensation

Nice to Have

Experience setting appointments for a high-ticket sales team

Familiarity with CRM tools

Background in e-commerce or business acquisition

OTE $90,000 with base pay and performance bonuses per qualified appointment
