What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Assist customers in and outside a U-Haul center with products and services

Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory

Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, as well as clean and inspect equipment

Answer customer inquiries and educate them about U-Haul offerings

Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment

What is Required (Qualifications):

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving equipment weighing at least 50 lbs.

Willingness to comply with safety precautions and use protective gear as needed

Availability for hands‑on working interviews

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in customer service roles

Familiarity with equipment handling or rental services

Certification in forklift operation or willingness to obtain it through U-Haul

Interest in ongoing education and professional development

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
