Short Description The Sales and Shipping Admin position is responsible for managing complex shipment planning, coordinating third‑party warehouse shipments, generating freight quotes, administering small‑parcel shipping systems, processing third‑party purchase order receipts, and maintaining product documentation records. This role serves as the operational link between Customer Service, Shipping, Third‑Party Warehouses, and Billing to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and smooth flow to invoicing.

What You’ll Do

Create deliveries in SAP to ensure accurate shipment creation and booking

Coordinate shipment documentation from third‑party warehouses

Utilize internal tools to prepare accurate freight rate quotes, pricing, and build efficient shipments for items not defined by the load estimator

Enter shipping data and final‑ship orders in SAP

Manage UPS/FedEx shipping platforms for small‑parcel processing and ensure proper dispatch

Enter parcel freight charges into SAP to maintain accurate billing flow

Maintain the third‑party receipt inbox to ensure fast turnaround of all incoming shipment documentation

Enter third‑party invoices into SAP and update Bills of Lading for accuracy

Request and review required product documentation (Certs, Testing Results, Product Data Sheets) for accuracy and alignment with order requirements for all applicable sales orders

Attach all product documentation to the sales order in SAP for permanent record and audit readiness

What You’ll Need

3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, customer service, or supply chain operations

Familiarity with freight modes (flatbed, LTL, dry van)

Experience with UPS/FedEx systems (WorldShip preferred)

SAP experience highly preferred

Strong documentation handling and record‑keeping skills

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Your Education

High School Diploma or GED required
