As a Business Transformation Consultant, you will leverage your deep understanding of business strategy and Adobe's technology ecosystem to drive transformative solutions for clients. This role requires aligning Adobe's capabilities with clients' strategic goals, driving change management, and guiding them through digital transformation processes. Design Transformative Solutions: Assess and diagnose client business challenges, and design and implement transformative solutions leveraging Adobe's suite of tools. This involves understanding client needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing tailored solutions that meet their strategic objectives. Drive Change Management: Guide clients through digital transformation processes, ensuring seamless adoption and integration of Adobe's tools into their business operations. This requires strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills to deliver impactful outcomes. Align Capabilities with Client Goals: Excel in aligning Adobe's capabilities with clients' strategic goals, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to address these gaps. Deliver Impactful Outcomes: Leverage strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions, identify areas for improvement, and optimize results to deliver impactful outcomes for clients. Role Summary

Serve as a subject matter expert in performance marketing operations, measurement frameworks, and analytics workflows. Advise clients on how their planning, optimization, experimentation, reporting, and insights processes operate today; identify structural and process gaps; design improved operating models; and introduce AI/GenAI to enhance forecasting, insights automation, and optimization. This role focuses on strategic design of analytics and performance processes - not hands‑on media buying or reporting. Key Responsibilities

Assess current‑state performance marketing and analytics processes: planning, forecasting, optimization, measurement, and reporting workflows. Diagnose issues across tagging, attribution, incrementality testing, KPI governance, insight‑to‑action loops, and measurement/test framework gaps. Map current‑state processes and design future‑state operating models, including decision frameworks, RACI, and reporting cadence. Advise on GenAI‑enabled use cases (forecasting, automated insights, anomaly detection, optimization recommendations). Recommend improvements across analytics and measurement tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Looker/Tableau) and media data processes. Lead stakeholder interviews across media, analytics, finance, data engineering, and marketing leadership to identify capability gaps. Build roadmaps for improving analytics maturity, cross‑functional alignment, and operational effectiveness. This role can be performed anywhere in the U.S. Required technical and professional expertise

Digital Transformation Acumen: Deep expertise in driving change management and guiding clients through digital transformation processes, ensuring seamless adoption and integration of Adobe's tools into their business operations. Advanced Analytical Skills: Deep expertise in measuring the effectiveness of implemented solutions, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing results to deliver impactful outcomes for clients. 10+ years in performance marketing strategy, analytics consulting, or marketing operations with strong exposure to measurement and optimization. Deep understanding of performance marketing KPIs, analytics workflows, test‑and‑learn frameworks, and reporting governance. Ability to design future‑state analytics and performance operating models and drive AI/GenAI adoption. Executive presence and the ability to translate complex analytics issues into clear business recommendations. Preferred: Experience in B2B Marketing and with technologies such as Adobe & Salesforce.
