Sales Consultant – Renewable Energy & Home Improvement

Location: Ma, NH,CT,Ri (Field-Based / Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-Time or Independent Contractor (Commission-Based)

Position Summary

We are seeking motivated Sales Consultants to represent residential solar, roofing, and energy-efficiency solutions. This role focuses on educating homeowners, setting appointments, and guiding customers through available programs. Training and support are provided.

Areas of Focus

Solar Sales – High commissions, long-term demand, and booming incentives

Roofing Sales – Strong payouts, insurance-driven opportunities, year-round work

Mass Save Appointment Setting – Quick wins, easy entry, fast commissions

Consultants may work across one or multiple service lines based on experience and interest.

Compensation

Commission-based compensation

Typical first-year earnings range: $100,000–$150,000, based on individual performance

No cap on commission earnings

Compensation is not guaranteed and depends on sales performance.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home or virtual consultations

Educate homeowners on available products and programs

Generate and follow up with leads

Maintain accurate customer records

Coordinate with internal teams to support project completion

Qualifications

Strong communication skills

Self-motivated and coachable

Ability to work independently

Reliable transportation preferred

Sales experience is a plus but not required
