What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Own end-to-end architecture and solution design decisions for Salesforce implementations Provide oversight for technical delivery and mentor cross-functional teams Engage executive stakeholders to align solution strategy with organizational goals Lead solution design workshops and create architectural roadmaps Support UAT planning and guide development teams in resolving defects
What is Required (Qualifications): Minimum of 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture Salesforce Certified Application Architect required Salesforce Certified System Architect required Experience implementing telephony integration with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice In-depth knowledge of Service Cloud Voice LWC toolkit API and Salesforce authentication flows
