Security Rep Senior
You will be the Security Rep Senior on the Chelmsford Security team, supporting our special programs and Andover security operations. Our team is responsible for providing multi-disciplined security support and managing internal security compliance and program activities for the Chelmsford, Westford, and Andover facilities. What You Will Be Doing Implement, and administer security policies, procedures, and collateral security controls in compliance with NISPOM, DFARS, DoD 5205.07, and related directives. Deliver security education and training programs for personnel and visitors. Investigate security incidents, draft corrective action reports, and drive preventive measures. Coordinate Security Management, PERSEC, Physical Security, Security Education, and Subcontractor Management. Serve as point of contact for Andover security operations, as well as our lead CSSO in Chelmsford. Further Information About This Opportunity This position is in Chelmsford or Andover, MA. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years to start. Basic Qualifications Must be willing to work on-site at the office nearest to the selected candidate's residence (Andover MA or Chelmsford MA) for approximately 50 % of the work week and travel to the alternate office location for the remaining 50 % of the work week. Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705, as well as other directives and policies. The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations based on limited and/or conflicting information is also essential as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners. Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations (teaming), and analytical skills. Must have an active Secret clearance with an investigation (or CV date) within 5 years. Desired Skills Strong interpersonal skills, and a positive can-do attitude. Interface with Executive Leadership in support of ongoing operations. Work collaboratively with other entities and manage projects and subordinate assignments simultaneously within very time-sensitive environments.
