As the Director of Compensation you will be responsible for leading the team to work closely with key stakeholders in understanding the business, identifying compensation needs and priorities, as well as proactively providing compensation solutions and insights. You will be an active member of the Global Rewards team and will work on global projects and design and implement annual compensation programs, policies and procedures. What You'll Do at Pega:

Provide thought leadership around compensation strategies and alternatives and provide recommendations to address business needs. Work with key stakeholders to provide comprehensive compensation insights and analysis to help recruit and retain key talent. Analyze and diagnose compensation needs and issues. Work closely to understand the business and provide proactive compensation analysis and solutions to address business need while staying abreast of new initiatives and regulations to ensure Pega is able to maintain competitive posture. Provide innovative solutions for business that attract and retain talent. Oversee the team to provide market intelligence as well as complete peer analyses to help guide recommendations for Board / Executive compensation. Provide compensation alternatives balancing global programs and philosophy with local requirements and regulations. Establish credibility as a subject-matter expert across team, demonstrating a deep understanding of Pega, best-in-class employer branding and the broader talent market. Who You Are:

8-10 years Compensation or related experience Very strong technical and analytical skills and focused on using automation to improve processes and enhance analysis Results-oriented while navigating rapid change and ambiguity Analytical thinker who seeks and finds answers in data Ability to collect and analyze data and prepare executive summary and recommendations Strong attention to details and excellent organizational and project management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information Has a strong understanding of the importance of data accuracy Gartner Analyst acclaimed technology leadership across our categories of products Continuous learning and development opportunities An innovative, inclusive, agile, flexible, and fun work environment Competitive global benefits program inclusive of pay + bonus incentive, employee equity in the company Additional Information

Base salary range for this role is 178,400 - 277,000 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives. The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
