We are seeking a Senior Manager of Commercial Performance Analytics & Insights to drive performance tracking and reporting for commercial performance, including product performance outcome reporting, omnichannel engagement activities, executive dashboards, and reporting. This role will work closely with business stakeholders in the Chief Marketing Office (CMO) organization and other Pfizer units to standardize and centralize the commercial reporting ecosystem, implementing industry best practices in performance reporting and insights generation. The role is dynamic, fast‑paced, highly collaborative, and covers a broad range of strategic topics critical to our business. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the build and standardization of the commercial reporting ecosystem. Develop and execute in‑house datasets to drive patient and HCP insights into infrastructure of care. Frame, investigate, and answer key business questions related to organization‑wide performance reporting, including executive reporting. Identify business partners’ information needs and develop solutions to address those needs. Connect reporting insights and datasets to tell compelling stories, delivering clear and actionable recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. Collaborate with other GCA teams and support dialogue to adapt global strategies and standardize performance metrics and tracking through statements gathered from vendors, dashboards, and queries. Leverage thought leadership to advance reporting and insights capabilities; share knowledge via internal platforms. Perform analysis and performance tracking to understand business impacts. Align with commercial analytics teams to ensure cohesive activities with brand teams, leaders, and marketers. Partner with other analytic functions to advance the use of novel data sources and reporting, including real‑world data, data science, etc., recommending and implementing improvements in reporting processes and tools. QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a quantitative technical discipline such as computer science, engineering, or related field. 6+ years of experience in biopharma, analytics, strategic consulting, business, or related area. Preferred: recent Healthcare Life Sciences (pharma preferred) and ecosystem professional industry experience; commercial/marketing experience is a plus. Analytics, statistics and/or database knowledge and experience (tools, applications, platforms). Extensive expertise in SQL, Python, Scala or similar; other object‑oriented programming languages. Extensive understanding of data visualization tools and experience designing and building complex dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, Looker). Experience with data types/formats, data architecture, pipeline optimization, and hands‑on experience with data warehousing/RDBMS, ETL scripting tools, and IDEs. Advanced knowledge of scripting tools for automation such as R, Python, Alteryx, etc. Knowledge of data cloud platforms like Snowflake or Google Cloud Platform preferred. Experience with business intelligence, analytics, reporting, and data transformation. Experience working in Jira and Confluence. Strong project management skills: overseeing complex, cross‑functional projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Technical strategy: demonstrated analytical capabilities and critical thinking skills, ability to identify new issues, trends, and opportunities from data. Operational excellence: ensuring reliability, efficiency, and quality of data services and pipelines. Collaboration: influence without authority, setting business direction, priorities, action plans. Communication: strong written and verbal communication skills. Leadership: ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, and guide the work of colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes. OTHER JOB DETAILS

March 21, 2026 The annual base salary range is $124,400 to $207,400. Eligible for Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of base salary and participation in long‑term incentive program. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $124,400.00 to $207,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share‑based long‑term incentive program.
