Arcadis is seeking a
Senior Project Director
to join our Mobility Team. You will be responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of complex, high-value projects to meet or exceed time, quality, budgetary, and health and safety targets. You will provide strategic leadership for all aspects of the client relationship, ensuring delivery consistently meets or surpasses client expectations. You will take a senior leadership role with project teams, providing both direction and technical advice, and leading by example, while actively promoting both the regional and global culture of the business.
Qualifications & Experience Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university. 20+ years of project management experience, including 15+ years in transportation/transit disciplines and leading large, multidisciplinary teams on complex projects. Demonstrated track record of delivering high-value, multi-phase transportation projects. Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract management, claims, and financial control. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications Florida Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the United States. Postgraduate qualifications in business, finance, or project management (MBA, MSc, PMP) an advantage. Proven experience leading design within a consultant organization and working in a tendered design services environment. Familiarity with international standard contracts and procurement procedures. Demonstrated experience mentoring senior professionals and building high-performing teams.

The salary range for this position is $195,000 - $250,000. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
