Introduction to the Team We’re building the next generation of sales enablement tools that power how our global, supplier‑facing sales and success teams help our partners grow their businesses on Expedia’s Marketplace. The Sales Enablement & Experience team sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Operations, delivering automated workflows, intuitive internal tools, and insights that help sales reps run their book of business and tell the Expedia Group story with clarity and confidence to deliver results.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for these internal sales tools and experiences from discovery and journey mapping with the field, through launch, adoption, and ongoing measurement. You’ll partner closely with supplier‑facing sales teams to translate real‑world feedback into clear product requirements, automate their most critical workflows serving supply partners, and define the multi‑product roadmap that connects day‑to‑day execution to revenue and supplier outcomes. This highly visible role requires the ability to influence at all levels—aligning stakeholders across Sales, Product, Engineering, Design, and Data. You will shape internal, AI‑enhanced experiences that scale our sales organization.

In this role, you will:

Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle for internal sales tools and experiences, from discovery and journey mapping to launch, adoption, measurement, and deliberate feedback loops.

Partner closely with supplier‑facing sales and customer success teams to automate their work serving our supply partners.

Translate feedback from sales into clear product requirements, perform build‑vs‑buy evaluations, and catalyze rapid, iterative delivery from pilot to scaled rollout.

Influence at all levels—align stakeholders, drive decisions in ambiguity, and communicate clearly with distinct audiences from executives to engineers.

Minimum Qualifications

6+ years of product management experience shipping and scaling B2B products, sales support tools, or internal tools or equivalent professional experience.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, data science, or a related field; or equivalent related professional experience.

Proven track record owning a multi‑product roadmap, delivering, and partnering with Sales, account management, customer success, or field enablement and building with Engineering, Design, and Machine Learning Scientists.

Familiarity with ML/AI‑powered products and responsible AI practices.

Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise or mid‑market sales motions, and/or channel sales.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CRM and sales tooling ecosystems, for example: Allegro, Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Highspot.

Experience with marketplaces, travel‑tech, or two‑sided platforms.

Experience integrating third‑party software solutions.

The total cash range for this position is $173,000.00 to $242,500.00, with potential to increase up to $277,000.00 based on performance.
