Accountabilities
Manage end-to-end M&A processes for clients, including financial modeling and drafting information memorandums.
Architect and execute GTM growth strategies, running outbound campaigns to attract sellers and acquirers.
Translate customer pain points into product features, collaborating with engineers to implement automated workflows.
Requirements
Proven experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, or brokerage.
Strong technical skills with the ability to create no-code automations.
Ability to navigate the challenges of a seed-stage company independently.
