Job Summary – Sales Director – Residences at University Heights As a Sales Director in a senior living community, you will be primarily responsible for driving occupancy and revenue through strategic lead generation, relationship building, and managing the entire sales funnel from initial inquiry to move-in.

Core Responsibilities

Occupancy Management: Achieving and exceeding budgeted occupancy goals for independent living, assisted living, or memory care units.

Lead Generation, Outreach & Networking: Identifying and cultivating referral sources such as hospital discharge planners, physicians, and community organizations to ensure a consistent pipeline of prospects.

Sales Process Execution: Managing the full sales cycle, including conducting community tours, making discovery calls, and guiding families through complex move-in decisions.

Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing quarterly marketing and sales plans based on competitive research and local market analysis.

Team Leadership: Supervising and coaching sales counselors and admissions staff, often managing CRM database entry (e.g., Sherpa or Yardi) to track performance metrics.

Community Outreach: Planning and executing on-site events like open houses and seminars to increase brand awareness and attract potential residents.
